PayPal or Credit Card
You may make your purchases using either your PayPal account or your credit card. Both types of transactions are handled via PayPal, but you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to make purchases with your credit card.
When paying via your PayPal account you may checkout using any method listed.
If paying via Credit Card be sure to select the second PayPal option when checking out. This is the one with all of the credit card logos below it. This will allow you to bypass the PayPal account requirements and pay directly with your card.
Order Status
When you are returned to the RPGRealms website from PayPal you will be shown a receipt for your order. You may note that it says only Order Placed or Pending at first. This is normal. It sometimes takes PayPal a minute or two to send the payment confirmation back to us. If you check back in a few minutes you should then see your order status changed to something like Complete or Payment Received. If your order included products that need to be shipped you should see the Payment Received status. It will change to Complete once we have processed and shipped your order.
If your order included a subscription or a PDF/Electronic File download, you will find these immediately available once we receive the payment confirmation from PayPal.
Refunds
There are no refunds for subscriptions in the event you are banned from areas of the site or banned completely from the site. A paid subscription is not a license to act as you wish without repercussion. If your actions constitute enough of a disruption as to warrant a partial or full ban from the site by one of our staff, there will be no refund.
