I. PRIVACY

1. Please see our Privacy Policies for a detailed explanation on all matters pertaining to your personal privacy while accessing this site.

II. USER CONDUCT
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a civilized manner. If someone annoys or angers you, walk away. This is not a real-time medium. You can easily turn off the computer and walk away, go to another area of the website, or simply visit another website for awhile until you cool off. Do not devolve into personal attacks, sniping, or other obnoxious behaviour, even if you feel provoked. If you find yourself in such a position and feel it necessary you can flag any posts that you might find offensive for a moderator to take a look at, or if someone in particular is harassing you, you may bring it to the attention of one of the staff.

1. Spam : Unless you are paying us or otherwise have some agreement with us in writing to allow you to do it, don't post advertisments anywhere for commercial products, services, or other promotions. This includes your own or those of a third party. You will be banned immediately, no questions asked, no recourse given.

2.  Personal Advertisement: If you wish to mention your latest stuff for sale on eBay that is directly related to gaming or games, and that is not part of your commercial business, this is acceptable. Repeated spaming of such ads is not acceptable.

3. Copyrights and Citations: You will not post any material to this website that you do not have the legal authority and rights to post. Do not be misled by what you think falls under "Fair Use". If you aren't sure, don't post it or ask a moderator for a ruling. If using material from sites like Wikipedia or other resources that permit the reuse of their material, you must include a citation for the source of the material with a link back to the original resource if available.

4. Politics and Religion: These can be VERY touchy subjects and in most cases it is best just stay away from them as topics here on the website. When used in context of the discussion of a game or game play is one thing, but as general topics of conversation, they are heavily frowned upon and are likely to be shut down quickly if they devolve into bickering. A consistant pattern of posting such material is quick grounds for getting banned from the site.

5. Bigotry and Prejudice: Except in a tasteful context of storytelling, just leave your personal bigoted ideas and prejudices at the door. We don't want them here. They will NOT be tolerated in the slightest.

6. Obscenities: Except in the context of storytelling, the use of obscenities, particularly when directed at other members in a sexual or derogatory manner is not tolerated.

7. Drugs: References to drugs and drug use are not necessarily forbidden, but the glorification or obvious and/or gratuitous support of the use of drugs is prohibited. Photos, images, or videos containing scenes of real people using drugs are prohibited.

8. Sexual Content: No depiction of gratuitous or graphic sexual scenes in posts, pictures, videos, or files uploaded to the site. Non-gratuitous depictions of breasts or buttocks in images in many cases will be deamed acceptable, but full on nudity or sexually explict scenes are forbidden.

9. Violence: No depictions of gratuitous graphic horror, violence or bloodshed in posts, pictures, videos, or files uploaded to the site.

10. Sockpuppets: In general we do not allow members to maintain more than one account for any reason. If you are found to be maintaining multiple accounts, you may be asked to choose one account and the rest would be removed. If you are found using sockpuppet accounts to circumvent a previous account ban or to harass other members, all of your accounts will be permanently banned from the entire website.

III. DISPUTES

1. If you have a dispute with the ruling of a staff member you may take the matter up with the site administrator. Note that the judgment of the staff member is likely to be upheld in most disputes unless you can show concrete and justifiable reasons to the site administrator as to why he should overule the original decision.

2. You agree to file and resolve and legal dispute or "claim" you may have with us in a state or federal court located in Cobb County, Georgia. The laws of the State of Georgia govern this statement and claim or filing against this site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.

3. You agree to hold this website and its owners without harm from any damges, losses, or expenses (including legal fees and costs) arising as the result of any filing or claim made against us as the result of your actions.

4. While we strive to keep this website and its feature operating at top efficiency, error-free, and without bugs, you understand that you use these services AT YOUR OWN RISK. We offer no guarantee or warrantee as to the usability or suitability of these services for any purpose, and offer them AS IS. We do not guarantee that any data you submit is absolutely safe and secure, though we do take all reasonable precautions to secure such data.

IV AMENDMENTS

1. We reserve the right to update the terms of service and this statement at any time, for any reason. We agree to notify you of any such changes via an announcement on the front page of this website, a private message through this site's messaging system, and/or via direct email to your registered email account.

2. You must view and agree any changes to these terms of service and this statement upon any changes or discontinue your use of this website.
